Q. Can I order an engraving that is not on the list of engravings ? A. Yes ! - Simply choose "other" from the available list of engravings and mention what engraving you would like in your comments (when you checkout), if there is any problem with the engraving (such as - spelling, length, etc...) we will contact you, in most cases, there is no problem to engrave any line.

Q. Is there any other method of payment other then Paypal ? A. Yes ! - You can mail a check or wire the money. First, place your order and mention that you will be paying by check or wire (in your comments, when you checkout). When you are done placing the order, click the "Place Order" button (bottom left), do not register with paypal, when you see the registration page, just close the window. Wire - Email us for account details. Check - Make out the check to "Hadaya" , add a little note to the envelop with the order number or your full name and mail it to this address ( Yuval Hadaya)- Yuval Hadaya, 77 post road Danbury, CT 06810 USA

Q. Do you charge Credit Cards ? A. YES ! - We can charge credit cards! For your own safety, please do not email us any information regarding credit cards or bank accounts.

Q. I can't find my ring size on the website, what do I do ? A. Contact us ! - Email us the details (item number, size) and expect our reply shortly.

Q. Can I pick up the jewelry from the studio ? A. Yes ! - When you place your order, mention that in your comments, we will credit your account, for the shipping price you paid on the website, using a DGC (Digital Gift Certificate).

Q. What is DGC\eVoucher ? A. DGC\eVoucher - Digital Gift Certificate, which you can purchase by contacting us, we will email the gift certificate to your friend's email address, it can be any amount and your friend will get an email with all the instructions on how to use the credit on our website.

Q. How long does shipping/making the order take ? A. Shipping page - You can find all the details about shipping prices and estimated delivery times on our Shipping Information page. We usually make an order within 5-10 days of payment confirmation then it’s mailed using regular mail which takes about 7-14 days (big FedEx to CT and from there it’s sent to all US states). For FedEx shipping we try and rush orders so we usually make it within 2-5 days and shipping takes 2-3 days. To conclude, regular shipping will take 12-24 days to arrive, and FedEx will be there in 4-8 days. As usual, sometimes packages can be delayed beyond our reach (customs, postal service delays), we usually give an extra week (not for FedEx packages though, which are constantly tracked online) of wait for the package.

Q. How can I tell what my ring size is ? A. Ring size - You can find information about measuring your finger at home in our Sizing Chart, we strongly advise you should find a local jeweler who can figure out your exact ring size, however, if you are using our Sizing Chart to measure your finger or if you are uncertain about your ring size, it would be better to take a smaller size since stretching a ring is easier then making it smaller.

Q. What is a "Yeshiva Girl" ? A. "Yeshiva Girl" - "Yeshiva Girls" is the nick name Baruch gave the girls who saved him during the hard times in Israel, as Hadaya managed to come up with a whole new line of jewelry, custom made for the girls, those designs developed with time and are now the main steam of Baruch's creations and business, for that, Baruch is saying "Thank you, Yeshiva Girls" in this audio file you can download here - Short version or Long version.

Q. Does the picture do justice with the jewelry ? A. NO ! - The pictures on the website are taken by a 5 Mega Pixel camera (by Shahaf Hadaya) and are shrunken to the size the will fit for web browsing (so that it will not take too much time for you to load), since even a big size image can not show the "feeling" of the piece, you can only imagined how it would look on you. From our experience for the past 20 years, customers who order from us (sometimes even without seeing a picture, but only a description Hadaya gives them over the phone) were in most cases happy to find out the piece is even more magnificent then they have imagined.

Q. What is the Shipping Number for ? Can I trace the package ? A. Yes and No ! - Regular Shipping - The Shipping number is provided by the Israeli postal service and USPS will not recognize it in their system until there is an attempt of delivery, after they have come to your house once, you will get a message on the USPS website (www.usps.com), saying there was a delivery attempt and it will show the zip code it was sent to. EMS or FedEx Shipping - The Shipping number is traceable on the USPS website and on FedEx website (www.fedex.com).

Q. Where can I find more help about placing orders and using the website ? A. Our Tutorial Videos ! - Just use the link next to the FAQ link on the bottom menu (Tutorials / Help), you can view our online help videos which include an audio instructions as well. You can also find the same tutorials available on the top left corner of each page we have a video for, the icon look like this - - and when you click it the help video will open in a new window and will probably answer a lot of questions you might have.

Q. My finger turned GREEN when I wear my ring, what can I do ? A. Here is the what happened and what you can do - Because of the production technique (and even though the silver is Sterling and even Higher), there is an inside reaction with the skin for a few days (a green discoloration on the skin), this reaction will pass after a while, you can speed it up by removing the ring during the night and washing both it and your hand with water and soap before wearing and after removing it.

Q. Is there a way of typing HEBREW with no Hebrew letters on the keyboard ? A. Yes ! - When you place your order, during the checkout process, you will find a Comments box, just above it, there will be a link to our “Virtual Hebrew Keyboard”, there is no need to have the Hebrew letters on your keyboard, just use this one to type anything you would like to spell out for us in Hebrew. The Hebrew Keyboard can be used to input your Hebrew name (for a personal engraving on the Inside or Outside) and it's, of course, free of charge.

Q. Can I ask you to engrave Kabalah letters on a design ? A. Yes ! - Any design with room for engraving you find in our online store, can be engraved with Kabalah letters. We do not have knowledge of Kabalah and the meaning of the letters, therefore you have to come with something in hand and write it in your comments (you can use the virtual Hebrew keyboard, see Q #15 for more information). The engraving is, of course, free of charge.
